We opened in May of 2022 and as a result of Initiative 82, service is built into all pricing except alcohol drinks. On this category alone, we do add a 20% hospitality charge to every check and 100% of this goes towards the competitive hourly wages we pay our staff.
There are signs across the Italian Bar that state this and also on our QR code menu.
Again, no additional line is left on the credit card bill prompting for additional tipping. If patrons, wish to leave an extra cash tip, they may, but it is not expected.
